Olga Chabr Grillová is a General Partner and CEO at Luminova Ventures, a Czech VC fund focused on dual-use and deep-tech technologies in defense, security, and digital resilience. Luminova Ventures backs early-stage companies at the intersection of defense and commercial applications – including cybersecurity, AI, advanced analytics, and post-quantum cryptography – with an international investment strategy spanning Europe, Israel, and the United States. 

Alongside her role at Luminova, Olga is a serial entrepreneur and founder. She is the founder of Leeaf, an AI-powered medtech platform for personalized fertility treatment, and co-founder of McEdison, a full-stack software studio specializing in digital transformation. She previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young and holds an MSc in Finance and Quantitative Trading from the International University of Monaco.
