During his time in the US, he focused on the strategic development of sales channels and distribution networks, leveraging deep expertise in the cybersecurity market and close ties to the local innovation ecosystem. Currently, as CEO of Safetica, Mirek is spearheading the company’s strategic product transformation towards AI and managing its expansion into the North American market from a new headquarters in San Jose. Having operated on both sides of the Atlantic for over a decade, he brings a unique perspective on the processes required to successfully scale CEE-based companies to a global level.
