Miloš serves as managing partner of the venture capital fund JIC Ventures and also as an advisor to JIC on financing and growth. He helps companies prepare for investment rounds and guides them through the process of negotiating with investors. Concurrently, he serves as managing partner at Y Soft Ventures—the investment division of Y Soft Corporation, which focuses on technology startups with global potential.

Drawing on his own experience in managing companies and building startups, he takes a very practical approach to supporting founders, focusing on sustainable growth and the creation of long-term value. Miloš earned his MBA from Bellevue University in Nebraska. In his work, he enjoys bridging traditional industries with innovation and supports ambitious teams with a clear global vision.
