Alicja Glinka is an Investment Manager at OTB Ventures, a pan-European early-stage VC fund with over €350m AUM, which backs exceptional deep tech founders, including companies like ICEYE.

Her investment interest centers on AI infrastructure and applied AI systems, from data pipelines to real-world deployment, including edge AI and physical AI. She has backed companies such as Semron and Plumerai.

Before joining OTB, Alicja built a strong foundation in finance. She worked in Financial Due Diligence at PwC, analyzing companies' financial health, performance, and risk profiles to support investment decisions. She then moved into Strategic Finance at Shopee, where she focused on financial planning and data-driven decision-making. She holds a degree in Corporate Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics.
