Martin Zikmund launched his career in Management Consulting at Deloitte while still at university, quickly rising through the ranks to executive leadership. His international track record includes serving as CFO in Scandinavia, where he spearheaded complex acquisitions and business integrations. He later joined a burgeoning Czech global startup as Group CFO and Board Vice-Chairman, where he played a pivotal role in driving a remarkable 10x growth over the course of a decade. 

He then took on a new challenge at ThreatMark, a Brno-based leader in cybersecurity. Over the past six years, as Chief Financial Officer, he has guided the company through a sixfold growth phase. His responsibilities span strategic planning, international fundraising (including equity, venture debt, and SAFE instruments), consolidated US GAAP audits, and the strategic transition to a U.S.-headquartered structure. Beyond finance, he has also successfully overseen complex patent litigation and remains deeply engaged in turning bold visions into reality together with a high-performing team.
