We support startups in the pre-seed and seed stages. We usually participate as a co-investor, with our ticket typically around €100,000 and part of larger investments in the hundreds of thousands.
Our cooperation is not just about quick profits – we are counting on you for more than five years. We believe in building long-term relationships and longer horizons.
We take an agnostic approach across disciplines and keep an open mind. We specialize in innovative projects for our clients at JIC, but we are open to any company with ambitions to grow.
How does the investment process work?
Our first steps? Get to know your vision, your team, and find out what drives your startup forward. Prepare a pitch deck and financial plan—together, we'll look at what your journey can bring.
If we find common ground and agree on the terms, we sign a term sheet. This summarizes the investment framework and mutual expectations. This is followed by due diligence. Once everything is ready, we sign the investment agreement and you can look forward to the first investment directly into your account.
Money is just the beginning. We have a team of experienced startupers and experts who are here for you. We meet every month to look at the numbers and specific challenges you are currently facing.
