Are you familiar with sales orders processing and reporting? Do you like administrative tasks and communicating with people? Can you organize your own work? We are looking for Sales Assistant who will join our Back Office team.
In this role you will be a link between sales, production and finance teams. You will have a chance to make the customer orders and invoicing process smooth and transparent. Main responsibilities are:
processing incoming purchase orders in CRM and ERP
daily communication with customers around the world
coordination of orders with salesmen and production team
weekly CRM reporting
sales team support - travel bookings (hotels, flights, visa)
helping with organisation of internal events
ad hoc tasks such as translations, import of leads in CRM, administration
flexible, detail-oriented and proactive person with ability to work in fast-paced environment
ability to work independently and also cooperate your tasks with other departments
relevant experience is an advantage (order processing or A/R experience)
ERP and CRM experience is an advantage
