Hello there!

We, Phonexia Backoffice team, would need your help. Would you like to try it?

Our agenda is pretty wide.

We manage administrative tasks mainly regarding finances, we are also sitting in the reception and supporting our colleagues i.e. with business trips (booking hotels or tickets).

We assist during visits of our partners and helping our CEO with his day to day agenda (i.e. preparation of new documents mainly in Word, Excel or Powerpoint).

Phonexia is fast growing company with 50 employees, that is why we like to help other departments with various activities to make their life easier. We are glad for your experiences and new ideas that will make us better. We are all team that is doing everything to push Phonexia further.
