Technology Incubator II

Technology Incubator II was completed in January 2008, as a part of the premises of Brno University of Technology near Vrch Palackého (“Palacky Hill”).

Brno University of Technology participates in the professional selection process of future occupants of the incubator.

• total area of the building is 2,900 square metres, with the overall floor area for rent being 1,500 square metres on five floors
• 4 completely furnished and equipped conference rooms (the largest one can accommodate 80 people)
• shared printers on each floor

• equipped lounges (kitchen unit, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.)

• welfare facilities and technical facilities

The investor of the building is the South Moravian Region; it is operated by the South Moravian Innovation Centre.
