Microsoft Innovation Center

Microsft Innovation Center Brno (MIC Brno) is a joint project of the South Moravian Innovation Centre and Microsoft.

It improves the services offered by the South Moravian Innovation Centre to include IT-specific activities. 

The main goal of MIC is to improve the knowledge of new Microsoft information technologies in professionals and to create environment enabling cooperation and growth of companies in the region.

Therefore, the services offered by MIC are intended for incubator companies as well as for all people and companies interested in the access to Microsoft knowledge and technologies, be they students or professionals. First centres of this kind were founded around the world in 2007 and more than 110 have been founded since. They differ in sizes and area of services they cover. However, the thing they have in common is long-term support of economic growth of their respective regions.
