INTECH - Technology Innovation Park

INTECH building (Technology Incubator II) was completed in January 2008, as a part of the premises of Brno University of Technology near Vrch Palackého (“Palacky Hill”).

Brno University of Technology participates in the professional selection process of future occupants of the incubator.

• total area of the building is 2,900 square metres, with the overall floor area for rent being 1,500 square metres on five floors

• equipped lounges (kitchen unit, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher etc.)
• completely furnished offices
