Innovation Park
Innovation Park includes the buildings and area of technology park as well as JIC services. The advantages of Innovation Park JIC are comprehensive support for start-up businesses & entrepreneurs, professional services, exclusive facilities and the creative environment.
Innovation Park JIC consists of two areas with a total space of about 6 000 square metres:
- Technology incubator INTECH
- Biotechnology incubator INBIT
- in preparation is the third area called INMEC
We don’t offer just ordinary commercial premises in Innovation Park, we take care that all companies in Innovation Park are high-quality, innovative, create new qualified jobs in the region or otherwise fit into the creative environment of the area. Here is a list of companies that are now in Innovation Park.
Innovation Park offers space for start-ups and established companies
There are two ways how companies may join the Innovation Park.
- Satisfy conditions for admission to the incubation program JIC
- As a commercial tenant, who satisfies acceptance conditions
